(1) What Is A Sublimation Tumbler?

A sublimation tumbler is a stainless steel tumbler or drinkware that has been “printed” with a type of ink transfer called sublimation. Sublimation is a chemical process that takes a solid to a gaseous state, skipping the liquid phase.

(2) Are Sublimation Tumblers Safe?

Sublimation tumblers made from polymer or ceramic mugs coated with a polymer coating are safe to drink from. The sublimation process involves the permanent bonding of an image within the polymer, or polymer coating, using sublimation dyes (ink) that are both FDA approved and RoHS compliant.
